Alison Burgess MCIPD

20 years of varied and challenging experiences have resulted in a unique and eclectic view on managing and improving performance. With an early career as an economist and auditor Alison can appreciate and apply a logical approach to problem solving and goal achievement.
14 years in Learning and Development as a manager and consultant in a variety of European businesses has helped Alison develop an appreciation of people's differences and how this affects the way they think and work. Working for companies in the Financial, Technology, Retail, FMCG and Professional Services sectors, Alison has identified how simple changes to working patterns and management approaches can have a significant effect on individual performance and business success.
Alison is a trained coach and counsellor and has an INLPTA diploma in Coaching & Counselling using NLP techniques.

Mark Winter
Mark Winter is an experienced consultant, trainer, internal communications and behavioural change specialist capable at working at all levels in public and private sector organisations. He is a former director of communications consultancy Interbrand Inside, senior consultant at Smythe Dorward Lambert and was also Head of Internal Communication at Tesco. Recent clients include EDF Energy, HM Revenue and Customs, Xerox Europe, British Airways and Goldman Sachs.
Vanessa Bailey
Vanessa was a head of maths in a split-site Comprehensive school in East London before moving to join a Local Authority in 1997. She has experience of demographics, school place planning, school extensions and new school buildings together with extensive knowledge of the school admissions system. Vanessa is an experienced trainer and facilitator and spent three years as an advisor supporting schools in implementing the statutory workforce reform requirements of the National Agreement. Since October 2006 she has worked in the voluntary sector as a consultant for an educational charity and continues to work closely with teachers, senior leadership teams and Local Authorities. Vanessa is also an accredited Secondary School Improvement Partner.
