How we work

Learning structure

All our courses, workshops and coaching sessions are different but we do work to a set of principles. Our practical and effective sessions will always include some learning (theory), thinking (reflection), doing (activity) and action planning (pragmatic application).

This way we know we can engage all our participants no matter what their learning style.

Feedback and improvement

We know we are great at what we do, but getting and responding to feedback is still an important part of our development.

We use feedback sheets and we ask for direct feedback from participants after our training and coaching. Limitless also follows up on training and development activities after 3 months or when you think it would be most appropriate.

How we charge

We don’t believe that you always pay for what you get, our training and development is high quality and reasonably priced.

There are no fixed rates, we admit it, Limitless charges SME’s and charities less than we charge large corporates, but no matter who you are we are always competitive.

We rarely charge for design work. Limitless offers training and development in areas we have been working with in for years. It really doesn’t take long for us to tailor our knowledge to your requirements so we don’t charge. If you want something entirely unique to you, that requires collaborative develop between us, then we may need to discuss a development fee, but we will talk to you first.

In addition our expenses are as low as we can make them. Travel costs are no more than a standard rail fare and we usually don’t charge for materials.
