The relationship between you the client and your coach/hypnotherapist is very important and we will take time to understand you, your values and your goals.

We encourage clients to have an informal chat on the phone or face to face to discover if this type of work is right for you. We invest time in understanding you as a client and then together we will plan what support you need and what type of sessions will be most suited to your help you achieve your goals.

Life Coaching
